Dismissable trial-status strip for the app shell's bannerTop seam: days and credits remaining with an upgrade CTA, urgency-ramped visuals, dismiss-for-today, and a consumer config (lib/trial-banner-config.ts) for the CTA target and route suppression (hidden on /chat by default).

Run it inside an app made by intelligo create. Anywhere else, name the registry and install the base first.
